I'm not sure how to reply directly to you, but I wanted to thank you for your kind reply. Very helpful! I cleaned the head with Gunk about 4 days ago and have put a couple hundred k's on the bike since then, with no apparent leakage yet. Your thoughts about the overfilling at oil-change is a possibility. I took the bike directly to my moto-mechanic (I live in Italy) and had a state inspection done on it and had him tune it up and change the oil for me (just for the first time). I think he might have put in a bit too much. Now that it's burned off some the leakage has maybe slowed down. I'll check out those other sites you list and see what more I can learn. THANKS! JEFF
